entire first semester we worked on our business, each item was important, every detail ... In the end it came time to write BUSINESS PLAN OUR PROJECTS.

term business plan, we understood not only as the enormity of hard work, but also as the essence of our company's assets. All our work and we had to get knowledge in the form of a written document. A well prepared business plan is not only a document for the borrowers, shareholders or investors, it is also the basis of an entrepreneur.

business plan must be consistent document and all information must agree with each other, thus we are more credible.

BUSINESS PLAN CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING EIGHT POINTS.

first SUMMARY - the most important part of this document. It must include the most important and interesting elements of the entire company.
second PROJECT DESCRIPTION - that is, the goals of our company's activity, representation of ownership and organizational form - Legal company.
third MARKETING PLAN - consists of a marketing strategy and offer the company's customers (or potential customers), competition (ie who, where, when and how he could threaten us in the market), the impact on the market and suppliers.
4th PLAN OF OPERATION BUSINESS - has, among others: local, employees, management, consultants, equipment etc.
5th FINANCIAL PLAN - provides a need for capital for creation of the company, the opening balance sheet and financing sources and characteristics of project profitability and liquidity.
6th RISK FACTORS AND SUCCESS - this is not nothing but profits and losses
7th CALENDAR - It is a schedule of activities associated with the creation of the company, the terms delineating the stages of company development.
8th ATTACHMENTS - contains a summary of revenues and expenses and plan for revenue and expenditure of funds

D developed a business plan should include a slogan that becomes lodged in the memory of people and will be associated with our company. something like "Drink milk will be great," I think we all associate the shares or "ladybug everyday low prices" and many, many other such slogans.
